School Closure/Reopening

School is now open Monday to Thursday for Nursery, Reception and Year 6 pupils, and Monday to Friday for vulnerable pupils and pupils of key workers*, until the end of the summer term.

During this next phase, we are continuously reviewing our risk assessment, which may mean we need to make changes to our provision. The safety of our pupils and staff must remain our top priority.

Please see our FAQs, which detail the way that our reopening is to be implemented.

*Defined as follows:

  • Pupils with an ECHP;
  • Pupils with an attached social worker;
  • Pupils of key workers – only if they are not able to remain at home.

Further details, including a list of key worker roles, can be found here.

Home Learning

All families with pupils in years 1 – 6 have now been sent an email containing a username and password for purplemash.com, where they will be able to complete work set by their teachers for the summer term.  Additionally, there is a parent code so that you may see any work your child has completed.  Please note that any previous login that you or your child has received has been deactivated.  Pupils in EYFS will continue to use Tapestry.

If you have any issues, please contact us on the email address provided with the logins so that your query may be dealt with by the correct member of staff.  Thank you for your understanding.

At present, the school is following government guidance on COVID-19, which can be found here.
